Citi Private Bank is one of the world's largest private banking businesses, offering wealth management services to 26,000 clients globally.

Job Summary:

This role provides operational support to Citi Private Bank's Investment Business, covering various products like Traditional Investments, Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Structured Products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of securities processing and have experience in corporate actions. Fluency in English is required, with Polish being an asset.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and verify investment product documentation, maintaining accurate records on client accounts.
  2. Create and process income events and corporate actions, ensuring timely settlement and record-keeping.
  3. Prepare announcement letters for income events and corporate actions, collect clients' instructions, and pass them to custodians.
  4. Collect event proceeds and distribute them to clients, supporting reconciliation efforts and identifying discrepancies.
  5. Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries related to income events and corporate actions.
  6. Contribute to business goals and objectives, actively promoting improvement initiatives that automate daily tasks and increase quality.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate actions or securities processing.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  3. Knowledge of securities and capital markets, as well as Investment Products and Financial Markets.
  4. Fluency in English (Polish an asset).
  5. Excellent computer and MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
  6. Team player attitude with great communication skills and leadership potential.
