We are seeking a highly skilled Production Process Coordinator to join our team at Grafton Recruitment Sp. z o.o.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production projects or customer orders, with a strong background in cost estimation, technology selection, and schedule development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for production projects, taking into account material costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
  • Technology Selection: Identify and select the most suitable technology, materials, and suppliers for production projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Schedule Development: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Subcontractor Management: Assign work to subcontractors, monitor their progress, and ensure quality control.
  • Production Monitoring: Oversee production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Delivery Coordination: Coordinate deliveries to the warehouse or directly to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve technical and organizational problems, and implement solutions to improve production processes.
  • Project Verification: Verify project completion, prepare quotes and quotations, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing production projects or customer orders.
  • Education: Higher education (preferably technical).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel on business (Poland, Western and Southern Europe).
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Driver's License: Valid category B driver's license and driving experience.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings and knowledge of AutoCAD.
