We are seeking a talented Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join our Global IT Finance Team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will provide value-added financial business partnering to assist the function as the future IDT Strategy is implemented.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Finance Business Partners in managing Financial Information to ensure accuracy of data and effective insights for business decisions
  • Ensuring Cost Centres are up to date by proactively managing journals, recharges of intercompany costs, employment cost reclassifications, GL changes
  • Providing Budget Holder reporting dashboards for actuals tracking and forecasting at cost centre level
  • Ensuring compliance to SOx, especially for accruals
  • Managing Intercompany transactional costs (recharges)
  • Performing input into financial systems (BPC)
  • Providing SRM PO's and Supplier Queries for project spend, contractors
