We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at skills matter sp. z o. o.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in selling advanced ICT solutions to large corporate and public sector institution segments, with a proven track record of success in sales discussions with senior management.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell project-based ICT solutions to key clients across Poland
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, driving business growth and development
  • Identify customer requirements and create new projects, utilizing knowledge of public sector procurement legislation and purchasing processes
  • Represent skills matter sp. z o. o. at meetings, conferences, and events, fostering positive brand awareness
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, achieving targets and exceeding PLN 1 million in commercial negotiations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT sales to large corporate and public sector institutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Detailed understanding of purchasing processes in large companies and public sector procurement legislation
  • Knowledge of English language (preferred)
  • Valid driving license category B
