W ramach naszej agencji zatrudnienia, LeasingTeam Professional, poszukujemy doświadczonego German Speakera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za weryfikację tożsamości, wieku i wykrywanie przypadków fałszerstwa dokumentów i oszustw niemieckojęzycznych klientów banku poprzez video czat.
Obowiązki:- Weryfikacja tożsamości i wieku klientów
- Wykrywanie i zgłaszanie przypadków fałszerstwa dokumentów i oszustw
- Zarządzanie dokumentacją
- Współpraca i raportowanie do team managera
- Biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego (min. B2)
- Znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B1)
- Komunikatywność i łatwość w nawiązywaniu relacji
- Otwartość na pracę zmianową oraz w weekend
- Mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
- Umowa o pracę lub umowa zlecenie
- Praca zmianowa od poniedziałku do niedzieli (około 1,5 weekendu w miesiącu)
- Pełen etat lub 3/4 lub 1/2 etatu
- Godziny pracy w przedziale 07:00 - 22:00
- Praca stacjonarna w Gdańsku
- Stawka 49 zł brutto/h
