About Project

As an ESG Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various departments to address customer and investor inquiries. This role involves coordinating responses, ensuring timely and accurate information flow, and enhancing overall customer and investor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ESG data management systems and software.
  • Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customer and investor inquiries, coordinating with relevant departments to gather and provide accurate information.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between departments, including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Investor Relations.
  • Response Management: Track and manage the resolution of customer and investor questions, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
  • Data Accuracy: Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of ESG data collected from various sources.
  • Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to internal users on ESG systems and tools.
  • Compliance: Ensure that ESG data management practices comply with controls and frameworks being developed and established.
Requirements and Expectations:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in system management, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within ESG or sustainability.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical skills
    • Proficiency in data management software
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
  • Other Skills:
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
    • Technically proficient and able to quickly learn new systems and tools
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
