We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to support our global programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles, including planning, estimation, budgeting, resourcing, and execution.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Leverage your negotiation skills to secure resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with systems integrator partners, project managers, program managers, workstream functional leadership, release & deployment leadership to drive execution and accurately capture and report on status.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess significant experience in executing complex projects across multiple technologies and functions.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with external service providers and internal business partners.
  • Showcase your project management expertise, including knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
