Program Director Sales Enablement

The Program Director Sales Enablement will lead the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies across the EMEA region.
This includes qualifying training needs, developing pedagogical tools, leading training modules, and adapting them to meet specific requirements.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these objectives.
- Qualify the training needs of direct and indirect teams and participate in the development of specifications in conjunction with the manager.
- Develop and design pedagogical tools and sales playbook to significantly improve sales team performance.
- Lead training modules and adapt them according to pedagogical goals and participants' profiles.
- Communicate, coordinate, and deploy training led by another Haworth resource or an external trainer.
- Measure the relevance and performance of training.
