Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive commercial success and expand our business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing new clients and strengthening long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will have a passion for consultative sales, a proactive approach to business development, and a strong understanding of how to navigate the competitive digital services landscape. You will work closely with our team to deliver innovative digital solutions to businesses looking to enhance their online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience working in a digital environment, selling services such as digital strategy, e-commerce solutions, or marketing technology.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Confidence in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to securing contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business buying decisions.
