Job Description

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies across the EMEA region.

This includes creating and deploying effective sales support tools, measuring the impact of training, and coordinating all Sales webinars in the region.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement International, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to achieve these objectives.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, sales techniques in the international B2B environment.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English. All other languages would be a plus, particularly French.
  • Pedagogical mastery in training facilitation.
  • Experience in creating and deploying effective sales support tools.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Organized and able to work effectively with multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
