Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager for Territory Development. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the Greater Poland and Łódź province.

Your primary objective will be to manage and grow existing and future accounts to reach or exceed established sales objectives. You will define a plan for the territory that takes into account customer segmentation, target identified potential customers, and distribute time efficiently.

To achieve this goal, you will establish productive and trust-based customer relationships by acting as a business partner to create medium and long-term business plans that meet customer needs. You will also organize and drive commercial activities, such as sales meetings to increase penetration and expansion in assigned clients and achieve new accounts.

  • You will implement marketing and T&E activities according to the established plan to facilitate growth while assuring a high ROI; critical to identify potential and onboard into professional education customers with willingness to grow with Nobel Biocare (future ambassadors, T&E partners, speakers, etc.).
  • You will know the business and actively seek information: Nobel Biocare value propositions and those specific to the country, detailed knowledge of company products and solutions, current and potential clients; competitive landscape and dynamics in the territory itself; communicate perceptions to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create better customer-focused solutions and ensure effective implementations.
