About this Role

Fandom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing insights to improve the recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks and process invoices related to recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional support to our Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, generating reports, and handling administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Coordinator, or equivalent role.
  • College degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and high level of organizational aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite products and experience working with ATS or resume databases.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting, GEM.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
