As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within the project team, collaborating on the growth and productivity investment agenda at the Mondelez Biscuits facility. This position offers the chance to design and implement technical solutions from inception to installation. We are seeking a Project Engineer with a focus on packaging machinery, including flow wrappers, case packers, and palletizers.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Stream Leader within the Engineering team, overseeing capital investment projects related to packaging equipment such as flow wrappers, case packers, and palletizing robots. Facilitate project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to communicate project progress and report to the Plant Governance steering committee. Supervise and manage resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution across all phases, including preparation, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. Maintain overall project control, including budget management, scheduling, resource allocation, and verification processes. Initiate, lead, and execute additional projects as a key member or leader of the project team.Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Food Industry, or Project Management is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management is required. Experience managing large-scale projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in English and Polish is essential. Familiarity with software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is required. Demonstrated Project Management skills will be an added advantage.What We Offer:
