As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role within the project team, focusing on the growth and productivity initiatives at the Mondelez Biscuits facility. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle, particularly in the realm of packaging machinery, including flow wrappers, case packers, and palletizers.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Stream Leader within the Engineering team, overseeing capital investment projects related to packaging equipment such as flow wrappers, case packers, and palletizing robots. Facilitate project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and report to the Plant Governance steering committee. Oversee and manage both internal and external resources to ensure successful execution of investment projects across all phases, including preparation, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. Maintain comprehensive control over project elements, including budget management, scheduling, resource allocation, and verification processes. Initiate, lead, and execute additional projects as either a project leader or team member.Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Food Industry, or Project Management is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management is essential. Experience managing large-scale projects is advantageous. Proficiency in English and Polish is required. Familiarity with software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is necessary. Demonstrated Project Management skills will be considered a valuable asset.What We Offer:
