About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing capital investment projects related to packaging equipment, including flowwrappers, casepackers, and palletising robots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to inform them about project statuses and report to the Plant Governance steering committee.
  • Supervise and control internal and external resources necessary for successful project implementation during all project phases.
  • Perform overall control of work, including budget control, time schedule control, resources control, commissioning, and verification control.
  • Initiate, manage, execute, and conduct other projects as a leader or member of a project team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, food industry, or project management.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in project management.
  • Project Management experience in large-scale projects is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Polish language.
  • Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management software, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
