Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager - Data & Integration to join our Digital Platform Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Data & Integration services based on technologies such as Azure Data Services, Tibco integration, On-prem SQL database, ShadowBase Replication, Qlik Replicate, Oracle database, Tieto BIX, and ESB.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing data & integration services, excellent knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a technical understanding of data & integration solutions in the area, including Azure Data Services, Tibco integration, On-prem SQL database, ShadowBase Replication, Qlik Replicate, Oracle database, Tieto BIX, and ESB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Data & Integration services.

  • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure proper service performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize costs related to technological resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing data & integration services.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical understanding of data & integration solutions in the area.
  • Communicative English - minimum B2.
