The role of Customer Service Specialist - Senior Process Associate - Stock Manager is a critical part of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the order-to-cash process, and allocating stock effectively. Your primary objectives will be to deliver high-quality service, achieve service level agreements, and ensure efficient stock management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing first-time right by mitigating potential risks and allocating stock properly
  • Managing daily proactive risk management and related risk mitigation activities
  • Validating stock allocation actions and ensuring correct delivery notes creation
  • Collaborating with Integrated Planning Pillar, Key Account Managers, and Logistics to secure the right stock at the right time
  • Performing and validating stock allocation activities, order confirmation, and delivery notes creation
  • Providing exceptional customer service via email and phone
  • Supporting Order Management and Claims Management processes
  • Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives for served customers
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to address customer queries and deliver timely responses

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of SAP Customer Facing transactions and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving
