About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at MÜNZING CHEMIE GmbH. As a key member of our B2B customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the company, including Sales, Production, and Logistics, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Enter customer orders into our system, monitor their processing status, and ensure timely dispatch of product samples.
  • Perform other back-office activities, such as invoice verification and inventory management, to support the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements
  • At least one year of professional experience in Customer Service within the B2B sector, preferably in trade or industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.
  • Interest in familiarizing yourself with our diverse product portfolio and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
