Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Baltic Countries and Finland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new markets and applications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with national distribution partners and OEMs to ensure seamless delivery of our products.
  • Analyze sales data and market research to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field such as chemistry or engineering.
  • Fluent in English, Lithuanian, and Finnish.
  • Proven track record in sales development and partner management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
