Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Order to Cash team as a Customer Service Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions, resolving complex queries and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion within agreed service levels.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating where necessary.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, provide credit control and manage customer relationships.
  4. Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP O2C or similar systems.
