Customer Service Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Senior Process Associate in Polish to join our Auto-finance Call Center and Customer Portal team. As part of this role, you will perform operational tasks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with related financial controls. You will also have the opportunity to implement improvements to current processes and participate in projects related to Customer Service area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational tasks within Customer Service Call Center
  2. Excellent Customer Service processes KPI's
  3. Collaboration with local Customer Service organizations
  4. Process improvements
  5. Participation in Customer Service area projects
  6. Efficient customer service processes
