Junior Sales Analyst with Romanian Language Expertise

As a Junior Sales Analyst at PepsiCo, you will play a vital role in supporting the Field Sales team by providing administrative assistance, drafting contracts, and maintaining close communication with the sales team and other departments. This role requires relocation to Cracow, Poland, with a relocation package included according to our company policies.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with the local Sales Team to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
- Extract customer databases from internal applications to support sales activities.
- Contract management: support the preparation of various types of contracts for clients or distributors.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Sales team as needed.
- Monitor the implementation status of various sales activities and provide tracking and monitoring on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or MS Access is a plus.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian.
- Previous experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Romanian.
- Results-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and numeric abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or MS Access is a plus.
