Job Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion and growth through the development and execution of strategic plans.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with sales engineers to identify and close new analytical solutions or expand existing business opportunities within current and new accounts.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and subject matter expertise in the analytical domain are essential for articulating our value proposition to relevant customer counterparts.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the Analytical Solutions country business and involve Key Accounts, OEMs, and DSEs sales force to ensure alignment and coordination.
  2. Collaborate with account managers to ensure analytical solutions are included in the account plans of all relevant target accounts.
  3. Align priorities and focus areas with sales leadership and establish a prioritized strategic plan by industry to drive selective solution delivery.
  4. Actively visit customers to promote Analytical solutions relevant for targeted opportunities and engage effectively in the selling process.
  5. Active participation and ownership for Analytical Solutions, ensuring the sales channel has vital tools and support to position technology within the industry and market served.
  6. Understand market dynamics and customer requirements by analyzing market needs and trends, identifying business opportunities, building business cases, and participating in competitive intelligence.
  7. Provide technical support to customers (internal and external) as needed and connect/match customers to experts based on their requirements, demonstrating an efficient approach to customer needs and leading positive relationships within the business environment.
  8. Assist field sales, project pursuit, industry, and account management teams in analyzing business trends, such as bookings, sales, backlog data, service levels, and run rates.

About You:

You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing situations, maintain relationships across various functions and locations, and persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience operating within Automation and Process industry.
  • Background in Sales and Engineering with strong skills in strategic management and leadership.
  • Ability to travel to fulfill duties of the role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing successful cross-functional relationships internally within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business drivers behind process industry and plant automation and of decision process used in value creation.
