You will design and implement comprehensive test strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop effective testing solutions. With a strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation techniques, you will be empowered to choose the right technologies and tools to solve complex problems in software quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop effective testing solutions.
- Empower the selection of the right technologies and tools to solve complex problems in software quality assurance.
- Innovate and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with Software Development Engineers and Product Management to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and suites that approximate real-world environments.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
- Experience in automation testing using Python, with a strong understanding of DB and SQL concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
