As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care Operations team responsible for investigating customer disputes, performing invoice corrections, and providing information to customers. You will analyze root causes and work in partnership with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience.

A Day in the Life

As a Dispute Analyst, your responsibilities will include resolving different types of disputes, preparing necessary documents, and measuring and reporting compliance with service level agreements. You will generate and publish KPI reports and review existing dispute resolution processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Must Haves

You must have spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and in French (minimum B1 level). You should be able to work under time constraints and have at least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments. You should also be comfortable with M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel, and have a proactive and investigative mindset.

Nice to Haves

Experience within a Shared Services Environment or Customer Care is desirable, as well as experience with Accounting / Cash Collection and using SAP. Advanced Excel knowledge is also an asset.
