About the Role:- Process and resolve complaints related to Alcon devices and OTC products across the EMEA region in a timely and compliant manner.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and follow-up activities for all technical product complaints and adverse event reports from various sources.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the investigation team to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review and respond to customer inquiries, addressing technical complaints, and facilitating returns or refunds when necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, complaints handling, quality management, or a related field.
- Fluent Italian language skills, with proficiency in English.
- Computer literacy with standard software platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and focus-oriented work habits.
- An estimated salary of approximately 60,000 PLN per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
