Operational Dispute Resolution Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to strengthen our Merchant Operations team. This department is responsible for various operational processes, including daily statement processing, data-entry, remittance handling, file handling, chargeback & disputes, and more.
The ideal candidate will be part of our Chargeback Resolution Team, responsible for handling disputes on behalf of our clients (merchants). This includes analyzing dispute documentation, creating daily reports, and attending daily meetings to discuss escalations.
We are seeking a team player who can work well in a dynamic environment, think creatively, and contribute to our departmental SLA. If you have a strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle disputes on behalf of our clients (merchants)
- Analyze dispute documentation and evidence provided by our clients
- Contribute to the departmental SLA
- Work in a team environment, think creatively, and contribute to various chargeback and dispute-related tasks
Requirements
- Excellent English and Polish language skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in an international team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
