Investigate Disputes, Improve Customer Experience

As a Dispute Analyst at Medtronic, you will work in partnership with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes, correct invoices, and analyze root causes.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting dispute resolution, preparing necessary documents, and analyzing root causes
  • Measuring and reporting compliance with service level agreements
  • Generating and publishing price dispute KPI reports
  • Reviewing dispute resolution processes and making recommendations
  • Communicating with national and regional contacts

Requirements

Must-haves include:

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English (B2 level) and French (B1 level)
  • Ability to work under time constraints, with MS Office and a proactive mindset
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments
