At Medtronic, we are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Care Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating customer disputes, performing invoice corrections, and providing information to customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience and analyze root causes of disputes.
A Day in the Life
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the resolution of different types of disputes, including pricing, invoicing, and delivery-related issues.
- Measuring and reporting compliance with internal service level agreements.
- Generating and publishing agreed price dispute KPI reports for each country and business unit.
- Reviewing existing dispute resolution processes and making recommendations for improvement.
- Communicating regularly with national and regional contacts for information and changes related to the process.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and in French (minimum B1 level).
- Able to work under time constraints.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments.
- Comfortable with M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel.
- Proactive and investigative mindset, with a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Team-player who can work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
