About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills to join our team. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience, analyze root causes of disputes, and provide information to customers in a timely manner.
A Day in the Life
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- SUPPORT IN RESOLVING CUSTOMER DISPUTES RELATED TO PRICING, INVOICING, DELIVERY, AND OTHER ISSUES, INCLUDING PREPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR SETTLEMENT.
- MEASURING AND REPORTING COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL CUSTOMERS' SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS.
- GENERATING AND PUBLISHING AGREED PRICE DISPUTE KPI REPORTS MONTHLY OR AS NEEDED.
- REVIEWING EXISTING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESSES AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AND ACCURACY.
- COMMUNICATING REGULARLY WITH NATIONAL AND REGIONAL CONTACTS FOR INFORMATION AND CHANGES RELATED TO THE PROCESS.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
