Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Merchant Operations team at Worldline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling disputes on behalf of our clients, analyzing documentation and evidence, and creating daily reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle disputes and analyze documentation and evidence provided by clients
- Create daily reports and attend daily meetings to discuss escalations
- Learn the business model of our merchants to better analyze documentation and evidence
- Contribute to the departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve disputes and improve processes
Requirements
- English and Polish language proficiency at a very good level
- Bachelor's degree
- Creativity and ability to think proactively
- Openness to working in an international team
- Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to meetings and calls
