About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Senior Associate to join our Corporate Functions, Markets & Financing Business Risk Management (CFMF) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk, while cultivating practices that enable a balance of business unit performance considerations with risk excellence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, reporting, and project support to the CFMF BRM team.
  • Ensure high standards are met in a coordinated and streamlined manner to improve consistency and clarity in reporting, administration, training, and communication.
  • Drive consistent and value-added risk-related reporting to Business Risk Committees and Corporate Functions and Global Markets leadership.
  • Support the preparation of ad-hoc dashboards, gather data, calculate metrics, and develop formulas in Excel for reporting enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience working within financial services, or operations, project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, legal, accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and constant attention to details ensuring accuracy of work product(s).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under deadlines.
  • Solid analytical skills, project management skills, and risk management acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI.
