Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Operations Specialist to assist air passengers with delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights. As a member of our global Operations Team, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers.

The ideal candidate will have fluent communication in English and Hungarian, experience working with targets, and eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service. You will also be responsible for assisting customers at every stage of our claim-handling process, utilizing proprietary Artificial Intelligence technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight delays, cancellations, and overbookings
  • Utilize legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, and social media channels

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication in English and Hungarian (B2 level)
  • Experience working with targets (nice to have)
  • Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service
  • Satisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile
