Job Role:

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who will provide top-notch service to Romanian-speaking customers in Romanian, utilizing various communication channels including phone, live chat, and email within the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing customer support, managing incoming calls, and resolving problems via email while utilizing the CRM system.
  • Registration and escalation of issues to relevant operational departments.
  • Daily collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensuring the highest level of service to business customers.
  • Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service quality.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent Romanian and English language proficiency.
  • Background in customer service or back-office administration.
  • Solid understanding of MS Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to establish strong relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • CRM software experience.
  • Familiarity with the payment industry.
