Job Description

The Senior DevOps Engineer Azure will be responsible for coordinating with the Program team to manage the product life cycle for technologies within the project, including design, implementation, IT security sign-off, release management, and deployment. They will also collaborate with external team members to solve technical topics, deploy automation of Azure PaaS/SaaS services, and automate configuration validation and (re-)establishment to fulfill IT security requirements and ensure platform stability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, using PowerShell/ARM Templates, Azure DevOps (build pipelines & release pipelines), and Azure Policies. They should also have knowledge of multiple Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, Power BI, and Azure Cosmos DB, especially deployment & configuration.

The Senior DevOps Engineer Azure will work closely with the Scrum team, participating in regular project meetings, writing quality documentation, and being an active member of the team. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Polish, at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, and a high level of commitment and flexibility.

As a team player, the Senior DevOps Engineer Azure will be proactive and problem-solving, with a willingness to master a wide range of complex tasks. They will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and a good understanding of the integration of various Azure technologies according to IT security requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, using PowerShell/ARM Templates, Azure DevOps (build pipelines & release pipelines), and Azure Policies
  • Experience in Azure technology, in multiple Azure services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, Power BI, Azure Cosmos DB, especially deployment & configuration
  • Working experience with Python programming language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Good understanding of the integration of various Azure technologies according to IT security requirements
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
