We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland. In this role, you will oversee and manage the Technical Service Team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of their work. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive technical service for various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Technical Service Team's operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for technical communication, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide expert technical support to the bidding portfolio and its management team.
  • Collaborate with Tender & Project Managers to develop compelling proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate technical support for RFI, RFQ, and RFT analysis, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Co-elaborate proposal creation plans and project planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

We seek a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Service Manager or actively managing technical support for sales processes gained in an international environment. You should possess exceptional organizational skills, a solid managerial background, team building and task force leadership abilities, a synthetic mindset, problem-solving orientation, and ability to work under pressure with deadlines and challenging targets.
