About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to lead our Business Sales Team in Poland, Warsaw. As a key member of our Bolt Business team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the market, closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment, and leading a team of Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve individual goals and drive business growth
  • Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showcasing exceptional leadership skills
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the Senior Country Sales Manager to provide market feedback and insights to the product team
  • Monitoring competition and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
