About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at IDEMIA, a leading provider of identity and security solutions. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and business value is maximized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document product requirements through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Define and update the product backlog, including acceptance criteria to ensure requirement coverage and traceability
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product strategy
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, and documentation
  • Monitor and report on product progress against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory constraints
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans to ensure product delivery
  • Provide vision and direction to stakeholders, including technical teams, customers, and partners
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry or professional services organization with experience as Product Owner
  • Demonstrated experience in developing server-based products, preferably for the automotive industry or Mobile Network Operators
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical degree
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus
