We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Financial Settlements. The successful candidate will lead and manage financial settlement operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in transactions with merchants, payment service providers, and financial institutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management in the payments industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fintech, payments, or banking, with a proven track record as a leader of financial-oriented teams.
Responsibilities:- Manage financial settlements with merchants, payment service providers, and financial institutions across multiple regions.
- Develop and refine settlement processes to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance payments and reconciliation systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implement data analytics and reporting tools to improve financial transparency and decision-making.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial settlements, reconciliation, or payment operations, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Proven track record as a leader of financial-oriented team with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms, and reconciliation tools.
