We deploy more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments every single day.
As a leading online payment service provider, we are seeking a Reconciliation Manager to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise transactional and bank reconciliation with APM providers and acquirers, while effectively managing receivables and reporting to finance regarding merchant cash.
Key Responsibilities:- Standardizing and automating reconciliation services for the EMEA region.
- Managing a skilled team responsible for delivering reconciliation services and controls.
- Ensuring coordination and delivery of projects supporting settlement and reconciliation areas.
- Measuring and enhancing PayU's efficiency on reconciliation services.
- Ensuring KPIs delivery, providing their monitoring and driving for their constant improvement.
- Conducting ongoing assessments of the internal control environment.
- Ensuring compliance of processes with regulatory bodies.
- Driving process improvements in collaboration with their owners.
- Working closely with product and PMO departments to ensure delivery of projects supporting the area.
- Supporting any auditing activities and taking responsibility for their successful execution.
- Data-driven execution.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in settlement and/or financial areas.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and leading people.
- Strong understanding of settlement environment and payments.
- Practical knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in process shaping activities and optimization.
- Experience in project management and delivery.
- Knowledge of law and internal regulations concerning personal data, cooperation with the police, etc.
- Analytical skills, good in problem solving and data analysis.
- Customer-focused, great communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
