Company OverviewHEINEKEN Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. Our team is committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery by digitalizing and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.
In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative agile squad, including a business analyst, product owner, and implementation team, to drive transformation and excellence.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our RMG solutions. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of business strategies and objectives of RMG.
You will be responsible for architecting and deploying RMG solutions across multiple markets, ensuring consistency of the overall solution and balancing the goals and constraints on the solution. You will also conduct continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identify architectural optimizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating the architecture & design based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices
- Evaluating them for applicability
- Ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered to
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant (global) experience in a similar position
- Experience architecting and deploying RMG solutions across multiple markets
- Understanding of business strategies and objectives of RMG and the related technology
- Very good knowledge of Pricing & Promotions architecture and the related business processes and functionalities
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and analyzing skills
We offer a competitive salary of €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus hybrid ways of working, private medical healthcare, attractive performance bonus, Sodexo pre-paid card, life insurance, employee referral program, wide range of trainings, local and global job opportunities within HEINEKEN, parking space, and open bar once a week.
