About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our IT support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our global clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving hardware, software, and network issues via email, chat, and phone calls. In addition, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution, and contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. If you have experience working in a service desk or technical support environment and possess strong technical skills, we encourage you to apply.
