We are Wipro Technologies, a leading technology services and consulting company. We are looking for a skilled Technical Service Desk Professional to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.
About the Job:- Work as part of our multilingual service desk team.
- Provide expert technical support to our clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- First and second-level IT support for multiple customers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Logging, tracking, and managing tickets in our IT Service Management tool.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Italian on at least B2 level
- Spanish or Portuguese on at least B2 level
- English on at least B2 level
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
