Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. in Krakow.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and implementing a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. You will lead initiatives to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive positive change across our global locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for all continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and promote the use of our company's Operating Advantage tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive CI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Train and mentor personnel in continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
  • Partner with internal departments to identify and prioritize process improvement projects.
  • Manage regional and global projects assigned by PMO or management.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate the progress of CI initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration across locations by sharing best practices and promoting teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with Operating Advantage tools requirements and champion success stories to drive engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management, Six Sigma, or Lean initiatives.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in managing CI projects in finance and accounting, preferably within an SSC/BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and Change Management.
  • Experience working with technologies such as SAP, Celonis, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently assess and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
