We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Transformation Expert to join our team in Krakow, Poland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead initiatives that drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency within our Financial Solution Center (FSC) in the EMEA region.
About the Role- Act as a single point of contact for all continuous improvement initiatives within the FSC.
- Lead transformation projects and promote the use of our proprietary Operating Advantage tools.
- Collaborate with FSC leadership to develop and execute comprehensive CI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Train and mentor FSC personnel in continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Partner with the Automation Team and other internal departments to identify and prioritize process improvement projects.
- Manage regional and global projects assigned by PMO or FSC management.
- Monitor, report, and communicate the progress of CI initiatives to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across FSC locations by sharing best practices and promoting teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with our Operating Advantage tools requirements and champion success stories to drive engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, project management, Six Sigma, or Lean initiatives.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and Change Management.
- Experience working with technologies such as SAP, Celonis, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
