Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the holding company and investment funds, responsible for conducting profitability analyses of development projects. They will compile detailed reports for Management review, prepare KPI analysis reports, and perform in-depth market research and analysis.

  • Key responsibilities include generating weekly, monthly, and annual sales and delivery reports, conducting variance analysis to assess budget versus actual results, and preparing cash flow reports to monitor financial health.
  • Additionally, the Strategic Financial Planner will develop business forecasts to guide strategic planning, engage in the budgeting process, and provide ad hoc reports tailored to Management needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or a similar position.

  • Strong analytical skills are essential, including experience in profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) is also required, as well as a solid understanding of cash flow management and business forecasting.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary up to 20,000 PLN gross per month, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the company offers on-site work in Mokotów, opportunities for professional development, and an excellent work atmosphere.
