Your responsibilities

  • Current Employees Administration: Enter or update personal information records, job or position assignment records, salary information, or relocations administration.
  • Support with Employee Letters: Assist in creating and distributing employee letters, such as contracts of employment, salary increases, or job title changes.
  • HR Data Support: Provide support to employees on enquiries related to HR data and administration.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure the compliance of personnel documentation with regulatory frameworks (law, internal procedures, and policies).
  • Performance and SLAs: Perform tasks in line with agreed procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as customer expectations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain positive relations with colleagues from other streams and departments, as well as stakeholders across the firm.

Our Requirements

  • English Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is a must.
  • HR Administration Experience: Experience of working in HR administration and understanding all its specifics.
  • International Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in an international environment.
  • Client Centric Skills: People focus and excellent client centric skills.
  • Collaborative Working Style: Collaborative working style, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team.
