As a Post-Implementation Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our Veeva Vault suite. Your task will be to work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements and provide guidance on implementing new features and configurations. You will also collaborate with other teams at Veeva to shape ideas and enhance our delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers keep up to date with new features and implement them within the Veeva Vault suite
  • Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements and provide guidance on implementation
  • Think critically to design solutions that meet customer needs
  • Act as a customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
  • Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
  • Drive change management methodology at our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
  • Experience in working in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • At least a Bachelor's degree or years of experience in relevant fields, ideally in STEM or other similar
  • This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in Europe. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position
