Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  • Project Coordination: Work with various development teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
  • Agile Coaching: Promote agile methodologies, facilitating short, iterative development cycles to deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
  • Risk Management: Embrace change, navigate unexpected roadblocks, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
  • Project Delivery: Be responsible for delivering assigned projects or product features, monitoring progress, handling risks, and meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Have a considerable understanding of agile methodologies and standards to aid the effective delivery of our projects and products.
  • Skills: Possess good planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC processes. An understanding of JIRA would be beneficial.
  • Communication: Have clear communication with teams, stakeholders, and clients, which is essential to ensure alignment and guide expectations.
