As a Global Sales Manager at PayU, you will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across our business activities.
The Role
- Develop and implement local commercial strategies aligned with our company's business objectives.
- Promote the adoption of innovative sales methodologies within our organization.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Drive the sales strategy, objectives, and pricing policy.
- Spearhead short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service quality achievement.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote our services.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry by following global payment news and new companies that may require payment processing.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
